1. Shipping via 3PL
We work with a professional fulfillment service provider (3PL) who handles warehousing, order picking, packaging and shipping for us.
Therefore, all orders are shipped directly from our 3PL logistics center.

At Brands Iconic, we offer fast and reliable delivery for all orders. Depending on the destination country, we ship with DHL, DPD, GLS, or UPS .

Processing time

Orders placed and paid for by 2:30 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• Germany: 1-3 working days
• Europe: 2-5 working days

Shipment tracking

All shipments are insured for the full value of the goods and sent with a tracking number. After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Problems with delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requirements

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused and with tags attached.
