Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last item of goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of our online shop and at https://brands-iconic.com/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information about the content of your withdrawal notice and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Notes on returns
The following notes help us process your return. They are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal and do not restrict your statutory rights.
- Register your return: The easiest way to register your return is via your customer account, the “Withdraw from contract” button or by email to support@brands-iconic.com. Returns without prior registration will of course also be processed; in this case, please enclose a copy of the invoice or your order number.
- Packaging: If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all labels, accessories, certificates and warranty cards, and use suitable outer packaging.
- Insured shipping: We recommend returning watches and jewellery in particular by insured and tracked shipping, and keeping the proof of postage.
- Refund: The refund will be made to the original means of payment within the fourteen-day period stated above.
- Exchange: A direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you would like.
Statutory warranty
Your statutory warranty rights apply independently of your right of withdrawal. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact support@brands-iconic.com. In this case, we will bear the costs of returning the defective item.
