Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery
All orders placed via brands-iconic.com are stored, packed and shipped on behalf of Swiss Brand Partners (Germany) GmbH, Eilbektal 18b, 22089 Hamburg, by our logistics partner Nordideen GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Segeberg (Germany). Depending on the destination country, we ship with DHL, GLS or DPD. All parcels are shipped insured and with tracking.
Processing time
Orders received and paid for by 2:00 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding nationwide public holidays in Germany) are handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
Delivery times
- Germany: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- All other delivery countries: 2–6 working days after dispatch
The delivery time begins on the working day following the order or, for orders placed by 2:00 pm, on the day of dispatch. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it is extended to the next working day.
Shipping costs and delivery countries
All prices include statutory VAT. Within Germany, we deliver free of charge, insured and with tracking. For deliveries to other countries, the shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

In Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and the United Kingdom, you pay in the respective local currency. In all other countries, you pay in euros. We currently do not deliver to countries other than those listed.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom (customs and import duties)
The United Kingdom is not part of the European Union. For deliveries there, additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT or the carrier’s clearance fees may arise in the country of import. These costs are not charged by us and, where applicable, are to be borne by the recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Further information is available from the UK customs authority (HM Revenue & Customs).
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.
Transport damage and delivery problems
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery driver immediately if possible and inform us at support@brands-iconic.com. This also applies if a delivery is delayed beyond the stated delivery time. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights; however, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
Returns
You bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend sending the return insured and with tracking, with an insured value equal to the value of the goods. Information on your right of withdrawal and on returns can be found in our withdrawal policy.
