Shipping & Returns

At Brands Iconic we offer fast and reliable shipping throughout Europe. All orders are insured and shipped with tracking number.

Run time

Orders placed and paid for by 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery period

• Germany: 1-3 business days
• Europe & United Kingdom: 2-6 business days

Shipping costs

• Germany: €5.90 | Free from €70.00
• Europe: From €8.50 | Free from €150.00 (depending on the country)

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Return

We grant a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Preconditions

The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and labeled.

Initiating a return

Log in to your customer account to request a return. You will then receive all the necessary information and instructions.

Return shipping costs

The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

Restitution

Once your return has been reviewed, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important: Returns must be sent insured for the value of the goods and with a tracking number. If the shipment is lost without insurance and tracking, no refund can be considered.
