Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders insured and with tracking – within Germany and to all delivery countries in the European Union as well as to the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders received and paid for by 2:00 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time

  • Germany: 1–3 working days
  • All other delivery countries: 2–6 working days

Shipping costs

  • Germany: free – regardless of order value
  • EU countries: €8.50 to €15.72 depending on the country – free for orders of €150.00 or more
  • United Kingdom: GBP 12.00 – free for orders of GBP 131.74 or more (plus any import duties)

Shipment tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The easiest way is online via the “Withdraw from contract” button – without a customer account and without a form. Alternatively, you can declare your withdrawal by email to support@brands-iconic.com or by post.

  • Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Refund: We will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days to your original means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
  • Our tip: If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all labels, and send watches and jewelry insured and with tracking.
