Within Germany we ship free of charge, insured and with tracking. For other EU countries we charge €8.50 to €15.72 depending on the country, with free shipping from €150. Return shipping costs are borne by you; we recommend insuring the return shipment for the value of the goods. All delivery countries and rates can be found in our shipping policy.

Orders received and paid on a business day (Mon–Fri) by 2:00 pm are shipped the same day – insured and with tracking. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Germany and 2–6 business days to all other delivery countries.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason – most easily via the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of our shop. Then send the goods to: Swiss Brand Partners (Germany) GmbH, c/o Nordideen GmbH & Co. KG, Birkenring 25, 23795 Bad Segeberg, Germany. You bear the cost of the return; we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Yes. We sell exclusively new, original merchandise. All items are sourced directly from the manufacturers or through authorised distribution channels; we hold the corresponding proof of purchase.

All items are covered by the statutory two-year warranty. Our watches also come with the manufacturer's warranty card. If you notice a defect, please contact support@brands-iconic.com.
