Shipping policy

Shipping for orders over www.brands-iconic.com is carried out on behalf of Swiss Brand Partners (Germany) GmbH, Eilbektal 18b, 22089 Hamburg, Germany, by an external 3PL logistics service provider.

Shipment processing via 3PL

We work with a professional fulfilment service provider (3PL) who takes care of storage, picking, packing, and shipping for us. All orders are therefore shipped directly from our 3PL's logistics centre.

At Brands Iconic we offer fast and reliable delivery for all orders. Depending on the destination country, we ship with DHL, DPD, GLS or UPS.

Processing time

Orders placed and paid for by 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Germany: 1-3 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 2-6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment tracking

All shipments are shipped insured to the value of the goods and with a tracking number. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery problems

For delays beyond the estimated delivery time, or for lost or damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brands-iconic.com.

Returns & Exchange

We grant a 14-day right of return. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
